The seller must respond to the buyers call. No one would like to waster the precious time of buyer & seller. These items are purchased once .twice in life and sentimentally buyer is connected with the interior of dream house. It might be the 1st/ 2nd purchase of buyer in his life. SELLER MUST BE CURTOGIOUS to reply the query of buyers. Its NOTIONAL LOSS. we liked the product but it is based on Chinese policy use & throw, after some times LEd brighness decreases that why we prefer of bulb based light. The surface/ cut slots are very sharp and injured the finger while opening. The sharp edged should have been grinded & finished/ profiled to save such injury. SEE uploaded chat with buyer. Hanging rings not provided with unit. The crystals were not organized as shown on portal. Main Issues: 1) Bulb based lights are easy to maintain/ led is one time purchase2) Sharp edges of metal parts not profiled. 3). crystal Hanging mechanism is not safe. 4) Crystal lines are not aligned in the sequence.5) Poor after sale service.6) Irresponsible behavior of the seller.

The media could not be loaded. As this product have chances for broken..extra spare parts are must include in the box. Now my product is useless. It is a total Westage of money..worse packaging.as per quality products price is too high.
