The bible of bodybuilding

The author clearly is an incredibly knowledgeable individual, shame stevie wonder edited it !!! For the money, I was expecting the layout to be more polished. Spelling mistakes and grammatical errors, with words bunched up together, and on some pages the words are off on a slant due to bad layout. I'm well aware the Doctor is Greek, but If you publish a paperback book in English for £40, make sure it reads in English and has a professional, polished layout, information within though is top notch .
