In the listing description it states that it is KSM-66 Ashwagandha. However, and I've been using Ashwagandha for several years, it feels more like a general version rather than the KSM-66. Also, and most important, NO WHERE on the bottle does it actually say it is KSM-66 Ashwagandha, it only states it is 600 mg per serving (2 capsules per serving).

I've noticed an improved mood taking these and will continue to take these!

This also has good potency with the Ashwagandha 1300 mg and black pepper 10 mg Ashwagandha is good for all kinds of things including- Has anti cancer properties- Reduces stress and anxiety- Reduces inflammation- Lowers cholesterol- Improve brain functionamongst other things. The black pepper helps the Ashwagandha absorb in the body.You get 60 capsules and there’s 2 capsules per serving so there 30 servings per bottle which is about a months worth. This is about average for a supplement and the capsules are easy to swallow. I’ve been taking Ashwagandha for years and I’ll probably take it the rest of my life.Overall this has quality ingredients and good potency and I would recommend it.

This supplement gives 1300 mgs of organic Ashwagandha per two capsule dosage or 650 mgs per one capsule. It smells fresh and starts to work for me very quickly. Absorption is the key. It has vegetarian capsules also for those who are plant based.It does a great job of keeping me calm, KOOL and collected during the stress of every day living and I sleep better at night. I will purchase this again.
