8 chains were missing. It's not a keychain without the chain. 8 missing out of 20. And the return window has passed 2 days ago so I'm stuck with it. Someone is not paying attention. Beware if you buy from this seller. Better yet just chose a different seller. Plenty of comparable options out there.

I got this for the fidget box in my classroom. The kids LOVE IT, so I'm planning on getting a few more. It's a little flimsy, but not in a bad way; it's actually very durable. I've had it all year and it's used daily by a student for anger management; it's been popped and twisted and pulled at six ways to Sunday and it's still in exactly the same shape in which I received it. It's been really helpful for that purpose, but also good for stress and attention issues. I even use it for my own personal stress reliever on occasion!It's VERY easy to pop, but not at all loud like some other poppers or simple dimples I have. It actually doesn't really make any sound at all. I was aiming for the sensation of popping without all the sound, because that can get very distracting in the classroom. (Not to mention super annoying!)It's a great popper if you just need something for your hands to do, but if you are looking for the "pop" sound, this isn't the best option for you.tl;dr - great, QUIET, easy to use, and durable popper

My class was so excited to get these from the prize bucket. However,as we started to put them on their backpacks we noticed… the chain was provided but no hole to loop it in! A LOT of extremely disappointed 6 year olds:(. Only alternative offered by Amazon was to return items. Classroom failure:(I gave it low marks due mostly to poor customer recovery.

As other customers had mentioned, had I relied on an exact 20 to arrive, there would have been at least one disappointed child. I ordered 2 packs to be safe. One bag was still sealed and had the complete 20. The other bag was opened in the box and there were, unfortunately, only 19. Which one would I have received if I had only ordered one? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ So, if you need at least 20, I would suggest ordering two packs just in case. You could always return the 2nd pack if they arrive in a complete pack of 20. Otherwise, the pop its are super cute. Colors are nice and vibrant. Can’t say how durable they will be if you hang it on the keychain. Hope my students will enjoy them!

I spent WAY too much time pricing out fidget toys and what was the best ratio to cost and which pack would be good. I wanted to get all the same as some of the multi packs have a great items and then cheap items but claim to have a large number. I looked at multiple packs and reviews and found these got these for my classroom of college students as these things are so popular. They are fun but some larger ones are expensive and I needed 45 of them. I was a little bummed as the holes in them were not poked through for the chains so you have to do this manually. I was shorted some chains and a few other ones did not have a clip on them so this was disappointing as they could not all be used. The color variety is great and they aren’t super loud when they pop. It’s just enough to play with but not super distracting. My college students love them to put on their backpacks and have a stress relief on our mental health day. I just wish we had enough chains to use and we didn't have to cut thru the holes.I have sent a couple of messages to comment on the missing chains and I did not get a clear response. A little disappointed on the customer service, so have lowered my rating.

So relieved with this purchase… based on reviews of the various brands on Amazon I was concerned about getting defective ones or missing pieces. I took a shot and ordered these. Got all 20 pieces and 20 chains, no defectives ones, hole is punched through for the chain. One side does “pop” better than the other and it’s a good pop. Doesn’t feel cheap. Happy with my purchase!

I ordered these for my six year old son's class for Valentine's day. I put a little pin hole in the corner and fed the little chain through. I think they came out so cute and the kids are going to love them. My only complaint is that there's was one of the chains missing but I just took one off of a different key chain.

How do you describe a product as a keychain and then don’t the chain part?!? Not a single chain was sent with the 20 poppers - which were to be used as a keychains bc umm that what they have advertised on this listing?!? Now I’m left to scramble and find stupid little chains to try and salvage my kids intended valentine gifts for his classmates. I read the reviews prior to purchase and comments left said the missing keychain issues had been fixed….they lie. Absolute waste….don’t spend your money.
