Oh yes ! this is the perfect way to help melt belly fat while working ! I do a lot of garden work and since I am not able to workout this is helping me so much ! Just wear it while doing even house work ! Recommend to anyone whom is looking .

While I like the blanket, the colors and the function, two of the corner loops used to secure with stakes in the sand, ripped off during the initial use. That is the one part that could be improved. Window of opportunity to return has lapsed.

This belt has an extremely strong rubber smell. It literally have me a headache and made me feel nauseated. I immediately put it back in the package. I'm not sure if anyone else experienced this but this is a NO for me. It's a nice size belt and the inside is thick, but the smell I can't do. I had high hopes for this product.

It is perfect for the beach, yard, river… wherever you can have a picnic!
