We bought these (two) for a trip to Spain as both our phones have a second sim slot. It was fairly easy to set it all up. There is a lot of O2 branding which is on the card around the sim card. Just don't mistakenly follow the O2 instructions and instead concentrate on the clear seller instructions on the front, as directed. There is no need to download the O2 app. You need to set up in the UK which we left till we were on our way to the airport. We arrived in Malaga and tah-da it worked! We got nowhere near using the 25 GB in two weeks, even using the phone as a mobile hotspot and ignoring hotel wifi. I'd buy again.

OK so delivery was quick, and the product was as described. It was a nice touch that the seller contacted us giving us helpful information on how to get the most out of the card and confirm it's activation once we used the QR code attached. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and helpful, and was very frank about the process being set up to get good customer reviews.That's where it went Downhill.Carried out all advised procedures to ensure the SIM would work when it arrived in France. It did not.02 we're terrible. Indian call centre, almost impossible to communicate absolutely useless. Explained that I had given the phone to my daughter to stay in contact on a school trip.... "do you have the phone with you?" No. Do you know the balance on the account? No. Well sorry if you can't pass security I have no choice but to place a block on the account. I went ballistic and the Indian gentleman working for 02 laughed. Phone back in UK, still not working, used a different sim card in the end. Absolute joke. So glad I don't use 02 for my 3 household mobile contracts, broadband, or any other products.I tried to ask the seller for help and they acted concerned and worried, but essentially couldn't do anything about it. I sent them the audio file of the conversation with 02, but the seller failed to notice it was an audio file yet alone convert it to play it, so shows how much they cared...So I wasted the price of the SIM, the express delivery, the time and stress of chasing 02 when it didn't work, got trolled and laughed at by some Indian call centre muppet, and still had to use a diff sim once my daughter came home.Absolute joke of a mess around and if I were the seller, and wanted to avoid poor reviews I'd take note .... good service doesn't compensate for a bad product. Drop 02 as a sim you endorse and have the honour to say why. There's no value in saying "that's unfair because we did all we could", you did "all you could" AFTER the mistake of selling me a poor product, which still wasn't enough to get the product working, or recoup any of the money that was wasted on this fruitless pursuit. No amount of money or apologies will remedy the fact when my daughter left the country we had no way of contacting her.Before you call this an isolated incident or not reflective of the wider customer experience, just phone 02.

I used this SIM card in Germany for 10 days and it worked perfectly well. It was much cheaper than my contract provider. I am still using the remaining balance in the UK. Highly recommend. It is important to follow the activation process carefully, for the bundle value of £15 to work.

I bought this product when I made a month-long trip to Europe. In order to avoid exorbitant roaming charges I ordered this SIM which connects to O2 in Britain, and then gives free roaming in the EU. I checked it was working before I sailed to France, but on arrival my iPad would not connect to any network, despite having excellent signal strength. I made a quick call to Love2Surf (using a different device) and their call centre staff fixed the problem (due to my fault!) in about three minutes. After that I had excellent data connection for the rest of my trip. Well done - excellent service!

My phone has a £6 per month contract with Three, but no European roaming allowance. I bought this Sim for data roaming while visiting countries around the Mediterranean on a cruise. I visited locations in France, Spain and Italy. Each time I arrived in ports the Sim logged on to the local network. It worked great for all my data needs such as map directions, WhatsApp and email downloads. Easy to set up as a dual Sim. Just need to be patient when initially activating in the U.K. as the Sim needs time to register with the network server. I called the helpline number, which was quickly answered by a very polite and extremely helpful chap. Zac I think. Will definitely buy one for next cruise and one for the wife but 40Gbs was too much. Only used about 4Gbs.

The product was delivered quickly and the customer service helped all the way to activate the card. Works without problems! No hassle at all!

Arrivata velocemente, facile da attivare, facile l'uso dell'applicazione e del link. Per le ricariche, se NON avete una carta UK occorre usufruire di società servizi come Ding. Non do 5 stelle per questo.

Aktivierung hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Versand dauerte etwas lange. Ich bin mit den SIM Karten (O2) aber sehr zufrieden. Ich habe für den Familienuralub drei davon bestellt und wir hatten in GB top Empfang.
