I really wanted to like this item... I will give it one star for being a cute nightlight when lit. (Cute only when lit, little tacky looking unlit, which I could have lived with) Unfortunately I didn't want a nightlight; I wanted a diffuser that worked... Shipping box arrived damaged; no outside shipping box or packaging, just the product box with an address label on it. At first glance the diffuser appeared fine with the exception of the small fill cup, which while a nice addition, didn't feel necessary and important enough to be a "send it back" issue. Set up the diffuser, turned it on, mist came out, watched it for a bit and everything seemed fine... Until several hours later when I was alerted to a malfunction by it beeping continuously, the lights changing color and flashing, and my being unable to turn it off without unplugging it (the cord was also super overheated when I went to unplug it). I then realized that it had leaked, and not just a small leak, but enough that it was flooding the nightstand it was on despite being on a coaster on the nightstand. So now I have a defective diffuser, a ruined nightstand with a drawer that won't open because the wood swelled when it got soaked, and several very wet books!

Absolutely love it! Great quality, light weight, and looks like a moon. The moon is textured which is a really nice touch:) easy to use, as well! Would definitely recommend this to anyone I know.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this little diffuser. The box it came in was crushed and open. The box advertises it comes with a remote. Hence the 3 stars for no remote and a crushed box. It’s a wonderful whimsical night light. Very relaxing to watch. The little water cup provides the perfect amount of water to fill the vessel.

***Updated from previous 4 star review*** My husband and I loved this oil diffuser at first. We only used the correct kind of water and a little bit of essential oil. We have oil diffusers in almost every room of our house that we use regularly, and I’ve never had an issue with any of them. This one stopped working after just a few months. Water started drizzling out of the bottom (making a mess on our shelf), and it blew the electrical in the unit. Super bummed. It was a beautiful and great ambiance in our bedroom, but useless when not working.
