Very hard to get a refund. Had to go to Chase disputes and send a picture which you cannot do in the app

Outstanding
Wasn't sure what to expect but i was very surprised. The package was definitely beat up when it arrived, was very impressed by the packaging. No harm done to the plants, very healthy and plenty of water in the soil yet. Will definitely order from them in the future.

Just as expected.
These arrived in good condition. Used half on a full sun side of the driveway and half on the partial sun side. Both sides are doing fine.

The plants I received were in great shape and very well secured for shipping, maybe a little too good as it was work getting them out of the box. They transplanted great and are growing and healthy.
