Surprisingly good quality
You might thing from the ridiculous company name that this is more knock off garbage but the frame was surprisingly solid! It's even wood.

Budget Frame. Looks nice on the wall from afar. When you are up close you can see why it is only $20
A decent frame for the money. 4 stars because the inside cutouts do not cooperate nicely. So you have a thin gold trim at the bottom and a thicker one at the top. If you are OCD like me this would annoy you. Maybe use some tape to keep it all together evenly.

Wrapped Broken
This item was tightly wrapped but as I removed the wrapping, it all fell apart. Absolutely ridiculous! I did not need to use and unwrap until now, but I am very disappointed I cannot get a return or replacement on this item.

Plastic cover is very shiny & reflective
Can't really see the diploma inside due to highly reflective nature of the plastic they used as a cover for the item inside the frame.
