good price made in usa
I'm a journey man electrician for the ibew. I've been using this for my daily driver for 3 years and there is no sign of rust ( I live in northern wisconsin). This tool box fits everything you need depending on if your smart with what you choose to bring. Made in America tool box for a good price. Love it.

It’s a metal box painted a reddish orange color. It looks pretty good and has a proto sticker on it. It’s made in the USA and well made too.The main thing is that the hinges done bind up and the inner tray is seats well on the inner ledges. I would sat that it’s a good value for the money you spend.I purchased this for use at work. I am taking tools out and putting them in all day. It’s getting dirty and scratched and a little beat up, but tool boxes are supposed to be that way. I think it will serve me well for a lot of years. Honestly I’d be surprised if I had to buy another one.It’s made of steel, but it’s not really very heavy. The handle seems to be of high quality but the handle is not steel, I think it’s a high density acrylic or plastic.Highly recommended overall!

Large hip roof tool box.
Bought as a gift. I like the hip-roof and drip edge to cover the hinge. It makes it shower-resistant. The 19 inch length accommodates some tools that won't fit in a smaller box.

Nice box
Nice box, well built. My only complaint is both latches are stiff right out of the box. Otherwise it serves it's purpose well.

Great for Kubota Tractor
This is the perfect replacement for the rear toolbox on my Kubota tractor. With a removable tray and good size, it’s very useful. It’s color is almost Kubota orange, slightly darker, but nobody would know! Just drilled two holes and mounted it in minutes!

Great old school toolbox
Just what I wanted for the tools I need to carry around in my truck and jeep. Nice sturdy tool box just like the one grandpa carried around. This will last for years.

A quality toolbox and meaningful gift
I got this toolbox for my son to honor his completion of an Automotive Systems Technology degree. I got it because of the reputation of Stanley and Proto brands. It did not disappoint! The color is distinctive (bright red-orange), and it has two snap locks on the front, which other brands do not seem to have. The box is well made, lightweight, yet sturdy. I'm glad I chose this one.
