HausseFoot Stretcher, Foot Rocker (Blue)

I can't believe some of the comments regarding this device. I stretch with this almost every day and it is a great tool if you think about using it. The people who say "hang off of a stair" or "it doesn't fit my female size 8 foot" cannot be using this correctly because I am a size 10 1/2 (male) and use this device quite successfully. The first thing I do is stand in front of the wall with the device about 12 inches away from the wall (of course, facing it) and I put 1 foot in the device and lean/rock toward the wall. This is a fabulous and effective calf stretching device. In addition, if you hold the stretch longer and in different angles toward the wall, you can stretch all the way up your gluteus musculature, especially if you take care to been correctly and slowly and use yoga breaths. I use this device in concert with a "True Stretch" station at the gym and stretch out the lateral and medial portions of my upper and lower legs. Used correctly, with thought and slow movements, this can be used to help prevent injuries. I have one of these at work, one of them at home and I keep one in my large gym bag that I use pretty much every day at my gym. Oh, I forgot, I also have one in my tennis racket bag and I use the device before every clinic or lesson that I attend. This thing is as much of a game changer for me as was the vibrating foam roller and electronic massage guns used by professional athletes.

Amazing device that every household should have, and most importantly YOU have to use it. It’s really helpful

Some reviewers say this product is not strong enough. Not my experience, but I have only used it from a sitting position.

This product works great for stretching out your calves. Its rubber bottom holds steady on wood floors and doesn’t slide. Only downside is that you have to wear shoes when you stretch

I just got it today.It is okay. I wear a 8 1/2 wide Nike Air sneaker. My heel doesn't fit into the back of the stretcher.I will try a sneaker with a smaller width heel. I do feel a good stretch on my calf. Someone with bigger wide feet will have a problem fitting their heel into the stretcher especially a male.The price is right compared to other products. I guess time will tell. I will update in a week. I think there is another one like this and cheaper and Amazon's best seller status.Update:7-13-17 I could not wear my workout sneakers with the stretcher. The narrower sneaker works okay in the heel part.It is a pain having to switch sneakers when I'm working out. I wear a 8 1/2 wide that is not a big foot. I had some problems with material on bottom of stretcher.I dropped it off at a shoe repair to see if they could fix it. That is why I gave it 3 stars.

I’ve been going to leg strengthening therapy and this is one thing I use. Got one for myself! Love it!

My daughter used this at gymnastics and so I bought it for my house. She loves it.
