I should have listened to the reviews that said the clasp didn’t work. I thought how would someone make a shoe you can’t wear? deciding to give them a go, thinking I could “figure it out” and sadly I was wrong. It’s not a matter of figuring it out — the way these shoes are made you literally can’t wear them. The ankle wrap strap design is all wrong. It’s a faugh clasp with a piece that just hooks onto the strap, which would be fine if it lined up properly. If you clasp these, it barely stays, and the strap is so long (even on the shortest setting) it just falls down your ankle. They look ridiculous and aren’t functional whatsoever.I’ll also add that the bottoms are so slick. Combined with the strap, if you tried to brave it just for a shorter event or dinner (less walking) I still think you’d end up falling out of them or slipping. Returning immediately.Sad too because the shoes themselves are stunning, but they really need to revisit the strap.

These shoes are beautiful and nearly a perfect match for the M&M heels but for a way more affordable price! I’m a 6.5/7 and the 37 fit me well. The only thing is that these heels are much more suited for a narrow foot and I have wide feet. It’s a bit tricky figuring out the clasp but I figured it out. The clasp stays put on the strap that you wrap around your ankle and then with the hook on the other strap, you hook it in front of the stationary clasp to secure it in place. Feels secure and is actually simple once figured out!

Looks so flattering and the bow is really sturdy! It does stain easily due to the material but overall very sturdy and cute! The strap is a bit confusing since it’s not a regular ankle strap, but there are instructions tracking you how to use it and adjust it

Got these shoes for my birthday dinner and they’re absolutely gorgeous. However, I will say that they’re not very practical. I’ve worn countless heels in my life and these ones just don’t feel safe - the bottom of the soles have no grip and I was literally slipping on the verge of falling on smooth floors with tiles or wood; on carpet they’re fine. Also, the heel is very wobbly compared to other heels - these shoes are good for pictures but not the most practical if you’re trying to walk (even to the bathroom at dinner I had to hold my friends arm just so I wouldn’t slip). I’m considering getting some grippers for the bottom of the shoes but very disappointed.

These are SO cute and shockingly comfortable. Ignore the people complaining about the clasp. It is weird, but not hard to put together at all (the package comes w/ instructions and some reviewers have even included videos on how to do it). The shoes do come with a weird smell but you literally can’t smell them when you put them on. They are a bit slippery, but nothing a grip pad can’t fix. They’re classy, great quality, and true to size.Definitely recommend. Will probs get more colors!

I'm actually a pretty big shoe and bag snob. I needed a shoe last min and didn't have time to order from a higher end retailer. These came in just a few days and are gorgeous. A lot better than I anticipated. They come in a box with each shoe wrapped in a dust bag. Presentation is important to me and I have had shoes from amazing come in just a plastic bag. The shoe itself is nice quality. Looks a lot higher end than the price.

Están hermosos los zapatos. Soy 25.5 (8.5) y me quedaron muy bien, muy cómodos. Recomiendo que sí pongan atención en los tips que dan para elegir la talla correcta de este zapato (tomen bien las medidas y características de su pie)

These shoes are beautiful but the strap and clasp are ridiculous. The design is completely flawed and they are very difficult to put on. If you want to design a shoe that way, I would suggest adding instructions for your customers. Will likely be retuning them because of this.Otherwise, gorgeous shoe and well made.

The media could not be loaded.  Les daría un mil de diez por comodidad y porque son literalmente idénticos a los m and m. Lo único es que esta muy raro como lo abrochas y si quieres que aprete bien para poder caminar a gusto, yo los mandé a modificar para hacer más largo el strap. Entonces 4 de 5 estrellas. Son comodísimos, y preciosos. Definitivamente lo compraré una y mil veces por el precio, en otros colores y cuando los negros se desgasten.
