Collections EtcLED Flameless Christmas Nativity Scene Candles, Holiday Home Decor Accents - Set of 3

I got these because I thought it would be easier than trying to keep track of all the nativity set pieces, chipped paint, missing characters, etc, and I was right. It's really a nice display.I ordered the first set that I have but for whatever reason, the largest of the 3 candles would not turn on. I went though countless batteries and nothing. Collections ETC sent contact info in the box, however, and when I called them about the problem, they looked up my order and sent another set without any questions to replace the broken one. I didn't have to send anything back or anything and the new set works perfectly.

I'm so sorry to give a poor (but honest) review but this was a huge disappointment. I put a standard 16oz jar next to the candle to show it's smaller around than the jar. They are very small, cheaply made and way over priced. This is something that you would find in the dollar store. Returning them tomorrow. 🇺🇸

Looks great when lit but not so great when not. The brown is a milk chocolate brown, not dark. And the "candles" look pretty cheap in the daylight. BUT it does look great when lit and the flickering affect is realistic. It would be nice if the lights were on a timer as many of these flicker candles are . In other words when you turn them on they stay on for a certain number of hours and come back on automatically every 24 hours (see link below) I guess you could buy some of those and put them inside. We purchased this candle set based on some very positive reviews on Amazon.com and were not disappointed. The flickering of the candles, the quality of the silhouettes, the choice of the colors, the low power usage (batteries last a long time) are all very positive. I would agree with other reviewers that that a timer would have made them even better . . . but we knew they didn't have them when we bought them . . . and so we settled for the on/off switch under the bottom of each. All in all, highly recommend them.

My sister loves, loves, lovessssssssssssss celebrating and decorating for Christmas so I was sure she would adore these. She does!She always sends me pictures of her Christmas decorations and here is just a few. (One of them has a gold star sitting inside one of the candles.)
