Delivery was fast! Very Good Quality! But too heavy to carry!

The leather as a material is a very good quality but everything else is very low level. The bag is so heavy, the zips are look 100 years old and broken when you touch them. I ordered 2 times as the 1st time what was arrived it was damaged. They sent back the same bag second time as well. I contacted with the seller. The gentleman was very nice, he delivered an other bag (other color) to my home what I paid by cash. When i went up and checked the bag, that was worse than what they sent. In this case I didn't have chance to send back. I can say i lost 285 Dhs, what is not a small amount for something what i never will use. They say they have designers who are designing their bags and follow up everything. I would like to ask many questions from them.... I would like to post some pics but don't have options for that 😔
