The texts on labels are Japanese only. No directions to take the medication in English. In order to read the directions, you have to use Google Translate app installed in your device to scan the labels.

It's good supplement, I thought I got larger size, but it was small size. It too expensive. You get get this item in Japan, much cheeper.
