This is perfect for braking bread and simmering veggies etc. Good size for our kitchen. Wished I had purchased two of them.

Great, heavy pot!
It is a very heavy pot and came with 2 nice potholders. However, there were a couple of visible knicks on the lid, probably from shipping & handling, which could have been avoided by packing the lid separately in bubble wrap. Just a cosmetic flaw that I will probably touch up with enamel nail polish, for aesthetics. The price was great, so I am not complaining! Can't wait to bake bread in it!
