Perfect for our needs
Have been replacing flooring in my brother in laws house. This is great for quarter round and other trim. You can set your angle with ease and adjust it without much effort at all. My wife purchased this for me when she saw how much it took to line things up with a saw.

Save your money if you are thinking of cutting thicker moldings
This only will cut small pieces of molding under 1/2 inch, It will not cut a piece of wood 1/2 inch base shoe cleanly and without some muscle. Then the cut off piece goes sailing across the room. It would be more useful in cutting plastic tubing or some softer material like PVC molding.
