The TonieBox is made with high quality materials and construction. It’s obvious from the moment you see the packaging, even the packaging is highest quality. The stitching and padding on the device are top notch. Best of all, it is thoughtfully created to be easy to use for little hands. A bop on the side of the box makes it move a track forward or back. You can also set which side goes forward and which goes back from your Tonie app. And a pinch on the silicone ears raise or lower the volume. My 4 year old is obsessed with this device. I originally got it for the sleepy time Tonie to use in bed. But she brings it out to the living room to dance with the playtime puppy Tonie, or to listen to Winnie the Pooh in the car. Beside the TonieBox being high quality, so are the Tonie figurines. A lot of love was put into every aspect of each one. My first order was a combo with the box, playtime puppy, Elsa from Frozen, and I also ordered the lullaby Tonie and fairy creative Tonie. I have already gone back and ordered Pooh, Rapunzel and other fairy tales, Pinocchio and other classic stories, LeVar Burton, Counting Songs, the rest of the nap time Tonies, and Poppy from Trolls. I’ll probably end up getting the Lion King next. And I’m on the email list to be notified when Elmo is back in stock. That’s how I scored the LeVar Burton Tonie. He was out of stock at first. I haven’t had a chance to load the creative Tonie yet, but I ordered The Giving Tree, Where the Sidewalk Ends, and A Light in the Attic (all by Shel Silverstein) to put on there. Considering getting another for Arabian Nights… As you can see, there is no end to what kind of (screen-free!) content you can offer your child with this purchase.
