amazing cold press oil
⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently tried the Gaia Oliva Cold Press Extra Virgin Olive Oil in my kitchen, and I have to say, it's a delightful addition to my cooking routine. As a casual home cook, I appreciate products that elevate the flavors of my dishes without breaking the bank, and this olive oil delivers on both fronts. The fruity flavor of this olive oil adds a lovely depth to everything from salads to sautés. I especially enjoy drizzling it over freshly baked bread or using it as a finishing touch on grilled vegetables. It's versatile enough to use in a variety of recipes, and its early harvest freshness really shines through.I also appreciate the attention to quality that Gaia Oliva puts into their product. Knowing that it's cold-pressed and sourced from the Aegean region gives me confidence that I'm using a premium olive oil in my cooking. While I do enjoy this olive oil and find it to be a great value for the quality, I'm giving it four stars instead of five simply because I wish the bottle were a bit larger. At 16.9 fluid ounces, it tends to run out quicker than I'd like, especially with how often I reach for it in my kitchen.Overall, though, I'm very satisfied with the Gaia Oliva Cold Press Extra Virgin Olive Oil and would recommend it to fellow home cooks looking to elevate their dishes with a touch of Aegean freshness.

Excellent olive oil.
The bottle looks and feels very premium, like a fine wine. It came in an air tight sealed bag with the company's logo on it and with it's own air pillow cushioning to prevent the glass from breaking. I've gone on multiple olive oil sampling trips around the Mediterranean region, and the taste is reminiscent of the most prized and highly regarded olive oils I've had the pleasure of experiencing. This is a great deal for such a high quality product. I'm very pleased with my purchase and will be sure to buy more when I run out

Great olive oil but very pricey
I absolutely love this olive oil. I've been using this virgin olive oil and it's awesome! This oil is super fresh and has a robust flavor.I love using it for salads, dipping bread, cooking, and even just drizzling over veggies. It's got a nice peppery kick that makes everything taste better. It’s definitely on the pricey side, but it's worth every penny. If you want an olive oil that’s a cut above the rest, give Gaia Oliva a shot. You won't be disappointed!

If I could send it back I would.
With the bottle I got, I find it very hard to believe all these four and five star reviews.Over the past several months, I have been taking two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil a day for health. I have purchased about eight or nine different brands of olive oil. This is BY FAR the WORST. It's plain disgusting. This olive oil has this "not right" taste to it. It's kind of hard to describe, but it tastes like some kind of chemical or medicine. I don't know if you've ever bitten into a really bitter prescription pill, and you find it hard to get that taste out of your mouth. That's almost like what this is. Yes, it's literally that bad.I do taste the oliveyness somewhere in there as well, but it is overwhelmingly covered up by this bitterness and "off" taste.I've seen some reviews on Amazon say that this olive oil is almost flavorless, while one other one says it's too bold.I don't know how you get flavorless and too bold in reviews for the same product unless their product is very inconsistent. What I got...I cannot just describe it as "merely" too bold, although it is extremely bold--just not bold olive oil, but bold, bitter yuckiness. All I can say is that it's just not right, and I will be throwing this away since I can't send it back.

Amazing
This olive oil reminds me of the dipping oil we used to serve at a very high end restaurant 20 years ago - one sniff and I was transported right back! It's very bright and green with a dry fruitiness, almost like a green banana but in the best of ways. Sharp and yet well rounded at the same time. Absolutely excellent with just a touch of salt on fresh baked bread. This is like a fine wine of olive oil. Highly recommend!!
