Very cheap material, seems like you could break them with an easy snap. Flimsy and thin. Can’t fit much on them. They do the job but I think they’re just okay. Wood flakes off and would give a splinter easily.

DO NOT GET THESE! They are basically held together by staples which will slowly dislodge themselves if you rest anything more than a piece of paper on them. I'm serious, don't even count on putting a larger picture with a frame on these. If you do, and you put your ear close to the shelf, you'll even hear the micro-tears of the staples slowly ripping out of the board from the pressure of the shelf's weight alone. It's only a matter of time. Yikes.

I love products that ship with their own measuring device. The paper ruler made marking the locations for the holes super quick and easy. Pre drilled a couple holes, used the provided anchors and screws, and it was off to the races. I use these to hold my daily medication out of reach of my toddler while still being easily accessible to me, a couple of knickknacks and souvenirs, and an assortment of framed photos. I was afraid to test the durability so it's not holding any real weight, but that's not what we bought it for so it doesn't much matter.

These are just OK, imo. They're lightweight, as advertised, but the wood seems dry & fragile. I don't think it'd take much to break them. They don't hold as much as I'd hoped, & I struggled to hang one of them...I think the hangers on the back of it were sunk too deep. I had no trouble with the other two. I'm using them because I hate dealing with returns, but I don't love them like I thought I would. (Photo frames on shelf in pic are 4x6 & 5x7. Thicker frames & horizontal ones leave little room for anything else.)

Very cheap wood. I would’ve returned it but my husband said he wood fix them up. They don’t have any finish. Some stain is missing in places. Not worth the price.
