I'm sure this will sound like a plug but I was truly compelled to write a review about that brushes I bought almost a year ago and just used - that's how glad I am that I found this brush. This was just replacing an old drug store standard handled brush I've replaced many times over the years. I had short guys hair, I just did not think it would make a big difference. I do more research lately to upgrade a lot of my normal products in my life and decided to try to see what was available. It really does comb(brush) better hair, even short hair like mine.First, I recall it came in a fancy box with paper and it is clear this company is trying to really stand out from their competition. I have no idea how they keep things so cheap and turn a profit but any company should be studying what these people are doing. I was really waiting to be disappointed and I was dead wrong. It really does comb(brush) better hair.As I said I have short hair, but when it gets longer it gets pretty untamely with a bad cowlick and this yields a better look than I've had in years - even making my hair look good during my covid self-cut months.I do not know why these are so cheap but these are the best brushes I've ever owned. I'm a pretty simple guy but I require the best products I am able to find to fill my simple little life. It's a point of pride and people know me for always having great things. These are great brushes.- I recall this seemed like a big brush, especially for a man who is used to a smaller one or even a comb, but women would likely find it normal sized and the girls in my house seem to love it as they are stolen often. It does not seem big to me anymore, and anything smaller would seem like a kids brush to me.- Little trick I do when I wake up and do not want to shower right away but my hair is a mess, I run this under the tap - give it a good shake to get the excess water off - and it holds enough water (without it all rushing out) to comb my full messy head of bed-head hair-do like I just showered and it will naturally let out some water as it runs through your hair.-Almost forgot about the additional free brushes and combs - they are all good enough to sell as single items sellable individually. I honestly cannot say much more about them because my niece steals them all so I've never used one.-My girls (human) use one set I bought to comb out my other girls (canine), so these brushes did these two's hairGood health and good luck

I love these brushes. They’re solid & the bristles are very nice. My air doesn’t tangle, feels good brushing, & I’m pretty sure it helps with shine. I keep the large one in my bathroom at home & the small one in my bag so it’s pretty much always accessible. The small one doesn’t feel like one of those little infant brushes ( to me the small travel size usually do). I’d buy again & I recommend. The comb is quality so that’s a bonus & the I really like the little bag to keep my brush in. Never would have used one but I like how it keeps it from getting dirty with all the other stuff rolling around in my bag. Nobody wants lint, lipstick, or a mint stuck to their brush. LOL

I had heard of the virtues of boar bristle brushes. I want more shine in my life. I need the pins to get all the way through my hair. This seemed like a good option. I wanted to love it.Out of the box, my husband appropriated the small brush from the set. This large brush is sturdy feeling and easy to hold. The pins feel great on my scalp.Unfortunately, only the very tips of the boar bristles touch my hair shaft. It is like working with half a brush in my very thick, straight hair. It takes twice as long to detangle my hair than with a traditional pin style paddle brush.It might be great for someone with shorter or thinner hair, but it is a no go for my hair.

I like the way it feels in my hand, but this was advertised as frizz reducing and it is literally the most frizz inducing brush I've ever owned. Its a good thing that's not the only reason I bought it or I'd be upset. I found it amusing personally, but I wanted to share the review because of someone else buys this hoping out will help with frizz they could be sorely disappointed.

I have naturally thin, wavy hair that hates any humidity whatsoever and finding a hairbrush is awful. I bought this thinking it was probably mostly hype, but I'm loving it so far. It gets through tangles easily (which my daughter loves) and it definitely helps calm down frizz. Worth the buy!
