The introduction has already changed my life and shifted my perspective. Juliet's first sentence in her intro gave me chills, and I almost cried, understanding the fact of looking outside yourself to fill a void. If you are looking at this book or pondering buying it, DO IT! This book was meant for you.I am forever grateful for this book.

Y’all need to buy this book immediately! All of those self help books you have in your cart leave them there and invest in this one! This is it, the answer you have been trying to find but nothing clicked with you. It’s hard to find a writer like Juliet these days and you’ll see what makes this book divine literally within the first 5 pages.

This is not your typical spiritual or self-help read. This is radical, life-changing food for your spirit. For so long, I peered at spiritual communities and found such toxicity. I wondered, what made them different from oppressive mainstream religion?As a POC, Spirit has called me to go back to my roots. This was a message I received early last year. To seek answers not in the modern, but in the ways of my ancestors. This devotional does just that. It strips away all the privileged and narrow-minded view of the New Age movement and Wellness industry. It makes healing and living your best Divine life accessible to everyone. Please do not let that put you off. We all suffer from the same oppressive systems in place, even if those systems seem to give you a leg up in life. This book seeks to bring all those systems down. It puts us all on equal footing while still acknowledging that in the greater world, we still have to fight to be heard. Spiritually, none of us is better or greater than the other, and Juliet's words help us realize this.This is a devotional. It's not meant to be consumed in a day or two. It is meant for you consume, digest, and come back for more on a daily basis. You will learn to put yourself first, and making time to study this incredible message, is the first step.Working through this devotional has not been easy. From the first page, I found myself mirroring Juliet's experiences in many ways, and realizing harmful habits and throught processes I have formed along the way. That's okay, because this is what this devotional is supposed to do.When you come face to face with your trauma and the sicknesses inside that need healing, there will always be pain. Juliet, through Spirit's guidance, teaches us how to embrace everything we feel and use it to grow stronger.I am still in the very early stages of this devotional, but already the realizations that Spirit has brought me through it, is making me care more for myself and treat myself better than I have been.If you feel in the smallest bit called to pick up this powerful message, do it. Do not hesitate. If you know people in your life that would benefit from these lessons, if you are able, bless them with a copy. I have purchased two extra copies for people in my life Spirit called me to bless.I have a long way to go on my journey, but Juliet's words makes me feel as if I am not alone on this hard road to self-healing and spiritual growth.

Juliet Diaz has done such an amazing job with this book!! She’s a fabulous author. If you are embarking on a journey of spiritual awakening through self love, this book is a must read!!

This book is one you can grow old with. Take your time recovering and rediscovering the universe inside. The Goddess Divine that is Mrs. Diaz blessed us with a gift. If you’re unfamiliar with her work I would suggest you do your research. She is a voice, a presence and a pioneer to transmutation. Do yourself the favor. All answers lie within.

This book is more than what I expected. It gets to the root....self! This is her third book and I love everything she has written. Another staple book for my witchy library. A million gracias to Juliet for sharing her experience and knowledge with the world.

The hardcover is a beautifully bound and printed book, and the devotional messages and exercises are empowering and so very important in decolonizing your spirituality and embracing your power.
