Makes Beautiful sourdough bread
I was gifted this set and made my first sourdough bread with it yesterday. The bread was my best loaf yet! Huge and beautifully shaped. Everyone said it looked like a bakery loaf. The set comes with everything you need to make sourdough bread-a mat, whisk, 2 benneton baskets with liners, lame, bowl scraper, sling. Everything was nice quality and easy to clean. I highly recommend this set if you want to make beautiful sourdough bread.

Sourdough set
This is a terrific assortment of supplies for baking sourdough bread. One of the banneton bowls purchased at a kitchen store local to me was $30 by itself, so you can tell by that alone the value is amazing. I used the oval bowl for my last proofing, and it turned out very well. It is nice that the kit included 2 bench scrapers, the plastic one is gentle on my plastic dough mat and the metal is both beautiful, and functional on the actual countertop. Absolutely recommend!
