The cushion purchased for grandson , he is delighted with it. Relaxing comfortable and when reading / studying. So all happy it is useful.

I'm addicted to it already. Early days to see if will help my sciatica/lower back long term, but it has eased it a little already. I don't think it's too hard for me as I really need that deep massage but whilst experimenting for a softer massage I lay on my front and put in on my back (it vibrates a little as well) and gives a gentler feel. Not sure you're supposed to do that but it is versatile so I thought why not, especially as it is wireless so you're not restricted. Takes a few minutes to heat up but felt very nice and relaxing. Very pleased over all so far, easy to use, quiet as well. Only little criticism is a handle on it would be helpful to carry it.

Would have been useful to have dimensions and weight included in the description. Although the massage is good, getting it in the right position on the back or neck is not easy with nothing to help manoeuvre the 'cushion' into place, particularly if you are sitting up.

I have suffered from headaches for years so got this hoping for some relief when one strikes. It's a head massager rather than a back or neck one (although you can move it up or down depending on where the pain is before you start). It looks like a contoured grey pillow. The controls are easy enough to use, you can choose your heat and intensity setting. I've found the shiatsu method very helpful for neck and head pain. It appears to be high quality and durable so am hoping for a long life. Each full charge gives a 50 minute session, although it will automatically turn itself off after 20 minutes if you haven't pressed the remote. The advertising mentioned using essential oils, which I haven't tried yet but look forward to doing so. Would recommend.

I’ve already got a bigger version of this which you plug in and it massages you from neck to lower back. It’s amazing but where it’s plug in I’m limited on where to use it. As this is rechargeable I thought I’d give it a go. First off it’s simple to use and add heat or intensity. As it’s smaller you have to target a particular area. I use it on my lower back whilst sat on the sofa. It certainly works but isn’t as good as my other one. I’ll still be using it as where it’s portable it’s handy to use in bed reading, sat on the sofa etc. so overall not bad.

Further, there are two large and very solid protrusions that suggest that they should sit either side of the neck but probably uncomfortable if used elsewhere on the body.As it was to be used by a person with constant back pain but also disabilities, its weight and bulk make it difficult to lift for the occasions when it may have been needed. It was noted that there is no documentation in the box. As it was deemed unsuitable, it was returned unused.Another health or fitness-related product was previously purchased from the brand but later returned because it did not deliver what it claimed. This is another, although in a different manner!
