Anji Mountain Contemporary Rug, Natural with Black Border, 6 x 9-Feet

I think the bamboo rug I ordered is terrific and exactly what I was looking for. But I had a question about the "pack of 2" so I wrote to the company. (I thought I was getting two rugs but only received one.)I received an automated response but no one ever contacted me regarding my question. Days later I wrote again & received another automated response. The Anji Mountain return address was a composite of a hodge podge of numbers & letters. Now I'm receiving TONS of trash e mail with the same type of numbers & letters on each one. I strongly advise that if you have a question, use a secondary e mail address to avoid the influx of spam this company apparently generates.I would buy another rug from this place, it is well made and attractive. But I'd never send a question using my primary e mail address.

I bought this rug to replace a similar bamboo rug that had been under our dining room table for many years but had lost much of its color and gotten scratched up. I immediately noticed that this rug is actually of much better quality. The border is thicker and more durable, and backing is a black mesh that secures the slats with ease. The one problem I've had with the rug is that some of the border edges were folded during shipping, and I haven't yet taken the time to try to iron them out. I'm not sure if better packaging could prevent the problem, but hopefully the iron will work.

I almost didn't buy this because of previous reviews. The photos are not really that close to the product that arrives. Seller needs more accurate photo and color representation to better market this product. We love the look and how it works in our room but we really were expecting something a little darker based on the photos we saw here online.That said, it's a great quality mat/rug, with a strong binding (though the binding color is a little on the wine/brown side, darker and more brown would be better), well packaged for shipping, and it arrived in about a week or so. The color works well enough for us so no real complaints.

This bamboo rug fits beautifully in our den. This room has reddish wood floors and lots of wooden cabinets. The bamboo blends well yet stands out as an accent on its own. We love it!

they don't last long to heavy use. I had them in a tent to protect the flop from cot legs. In only a few uses the bamboo starts to splinter. And I say splinter because I later had the rug on the floor in the house in a low traffic area and walked across it just the wrong way barefoot and got a 2 inch long bamboo splinter between my toes. It was as painful as it sounds.

I have purchased this rug before and I noticed the quality varies .... this batch I just received is not the greatest... it is kind of breaking apart... I hooe I can glue the bamboo with glue.... still very nice look and easy to clean....

I was truly blown away when I received this area rug. The quality was top notch. I literally bought it to put in my son's room on top of his carpet. When I received it, I was so excited that I put it on my bare hardwood floor in the family room. It looks great and my husband likes it so much and he never likes anything that I order on-line. Thank you amazon.

I bought this product on July 17th, 2013. After roughly four weeks I started to notice splintering on 2 of the bamboo slats which then completely pulled up and now I have 2 areas on the rug that look horrible and you can see through to the mesh undercoat.. I thought bamboo was supposed to be a very hard wood, but apparently not! Also, the stitching on the exterior area of the rug is starting to pull up in certain areas as well! Not what I expected for $200! Very Disappointed!!

Does a fine job after we went through two mats designed to protect tongue and groove oak wood floors in our office. The size supports two desk in our home office - positioned at right angles, and gives the chairs on castors enough room not to back into one another if both of us are working.
