The Invitation: An Ethic Holiday Edition

Absolutely LOVED it!Thank you SO much for giving us more of the Okafors! I LOVE this family! At first I wanted to be Alani's competition and go take Ethic from her, LOL! Every woman needs a man like Ethic. Now, I just want the opportunity to hang out with them, be around them, learn from them and love on them! I don't remember being so intertwined in any other fictional family as I am with them! I was so emotional, following Alani through her thought process and disappointed in Ethic that he would cheat on her! NOT Ethic!! NOT with the substance their love is made of!! Thanks for working out THAT situation!You are going to have to write about this family for years to come! I'm sure your real fans (not the haters) feel the same way! AND we are going to need a spin-off of Bella and Henny!!!!! Yassssss! LOL!I would love to keep up with them to find out if their situation ever blossoms.Can't wait for Butterfly 2!!

This is one of my favorite books! I have read every book that Ashley Antoinette has written and I can pick this one up on any given day and read like I have haven’t read it before. Ethic and Alani’s love story is beautiful and The Invitation to their baby shower was the perfect pick me up before Butterfly 2.

Without warning in the late-night hours of April 29th, Ashley Antoinette announced a new “Story Time”, a term her #AshArmy and subscribers have become very familiar with. So, I hurried to my email to check it out .Imagine my surprise when it was a link to a new novella! “The Invitation” bridges the gap between Butterfly and Butterfly 2. The Okafors are preparing for the arrival of their new bundle of joy. But if you know the Okafors, then you know it could never be that simple lol. As always, Ashley Antoinette has such a way with words. Even though this was a short, it was not without drama, laughs, and action. It was so great to catch up with these characters again .I enjoyed the alternating storylines. And I must say that little Bella is definitely not so little anymore. So glad I was invited. The countdown to Butterfly 2 is on!

The Invitation was a great short introduction to Butterfly 2. I am 100% engaged to this series. I feel like I know these characters personally. Let me leave this review and head on over to Butterfly 2!

Still don’t understand why Bash and his family are so set on them being apart of Morgan’s life they are from two totally different worlds, it’s like they have something to prove by him marrying a girl from outside his world. I just hope everything works out for them all and hate to imagine what going to happen with Massiah, Morgan and Ahmeek. Morgan is playing a dangerous game with these men and it’s bond to turn out really bad.I gave this book a five star rating because I just love these characters and in the end each and every one of them deserve happiness. I recommend this book to everyone out there , because ladies we all need a man like Ethic, gangsters like Massiah, Meek and Isa on our team.

Ashley has done it again, delivered a riveting, flawlessly executed vision of parts of the lives of the Okafors. I want to thank her for taking us on the roller coaster ride, this incredible journey of love, fear, hurt, heartbreak, pain, and most of all LOVE. WHEN IT IS ALL SAID AND DONE LOVE IS THE PIECE THAT HOLDS IT ALL TOGETHER. This a must read, a book you will not put down until you are done like the rest of the series. make sure you read Moth To A Flame, The Ethic series 1-6, and Butterfly first. I swear you won’t regret it, her books are worth every dollar spent. Ashley is an exceptional writer!

With Zya and her husband introduced I'm curious to see what's going to happen. When did Ethic felt the need to introduce Alani to Zya Miller "just in case something happened to him. "🥺

Lord! I can’t cope waiting for the next one to come! I finished this in a few hours because it’s THAT GREAT! I need to see this unfold for everyone it’s just tooo juicy and I feel so attached! I miss them when the books end and feel happy to be reunited when another comes! roll on Butterfly 2 PLEASEEEEEE 😩

It’s a good in between book that fills in the details from the Butterfly series. If you are going to read the Butterfly series then you may as well read this.
