Written or translated terribly.
I don't know if the author has poor English but it is written or translated badly.

Its okay
The examples and technics provided in this book are just logical, sleep enough, eat good, and so on. I was a bit dissapointed with that, however, it remembers how important is to follow certain rules and steps in order to be more efficient in life and get fit physically, which will lead to better memory performance indirectly. The writer don't go deep in the topics. Apart from that, It is a good book and worth to give it a chance.

Exceptionally bad book
This book is so bad it's hard to overstate. The writing is so poor it's incomprehensible. A few passages: "Part I - How Mindfulness Training Affects our NeuronsOur brain is plastic - new neural connections can be formed into adulthood. Moreover, with the help of special exercises can we stimulate the development of these relations and to train certain areas of brain function and."Another: "One of the major obstacles to the rapid reading is a habit of mentally pronounce the text himself."In the next paragraph: "If the reading is accompanied by mumbling aloud or lip movement (articulation), you can get rid of her, holding between his teeth an object or gently biting his tongue."This would be comical if I wasn't conned into paying money for this garbage.

This is "googled" information sold as book.
Googled information and superficial information like:"Wise people always say, "When you exercise your body, your memory is trained, too!" "With arguments like:" And it's really true! "I bought it for 1 dollar and I regret it.

Not worth paying for
This is a very poorly written book with ideas that are so common sense that they are not worth paying for. The book appears to be translated from another language by automatic translation. For example, consider this paragraph:"At all times, people knew that the most important activity is to train the brain. That's about it in his book in 1936 wrote the American writer Dorothy Brand." Not only does it sound like a very awkward sentence, translation references "Dorothy" with a male pronoun.I recommend passing on this book, even at 99 cents it costs too much.Ali Julia review

Worst book on memory you can buy
It is not a book. It is rather an unfinished script. I didnt expect an academical work but the author uses a language, which is hard to understand. There are too many grammatical and logical errors. On not few pages he just wrote the same sentences 2 times just to fill the page. Even though he sells ut for a low price - dont buy it! Waste of time and money.

Terribly written. The grammar makes no sense which makes you lost. I couldn't finish this 100-page book. Save you time and money for a different book on this similar topic.
