Excellent fit! The weave design is thick and sturdy. The fit around the head is just right, not too tight but snug enough to feel very secure. Feels very breathable but still keeps the cold out on very windy winter days.

My son love this hat for his dreads. As a knitter, I can tell this is well-made. I will be ordering more, for sure.

Husband loves this for his dreads while he is woodworking to keep sawdust out of his hair. It fits all his dreads perfectly.

Feels great, looks even better. Have washed it quite a few times and it's still in amazing condition, so no worries there!! If you have medium or longer sized locs (meaning neck length or longer) I'd probably go with a longer/bigger Beanie if you like to keep your hair down.
