Dishes are beautiful to look at durable, dishwasher, safe and present well

I spent an entire summer looking at dish sets on a variety of websites. I wanted something that would go with our modern rustic farmhouse vibe. These fit our style and budget. We have a big family and needed 4/5 sets so I wanted to spend around $50 per set. I love the detail on these dishes. They have been very sturdy and so far none of them have scratched except for one bowl that arrived broken. I was disappointed to be told that I would have to either return the entire set work out to the company and spend about $17 and shipping and the cost of a new bowl. I wish there was a way to remedy this. Otherwise I have been very happy with the set. I will say the bowls are rather large. As are the dinner plates. We have a plate rack above our kitchen sink and the dinner plates do not fit in it. We have the salad plates in the space now. The bowls are very oversized. I like this but you have to watch your portion control with them. We had big bowls before and these are huge.

Beautiful set (great weight and look)4 stars because;1. The colour is more ‘purple’ than grey2. There are lots of marks on the dinnerware itselfI love the set, but there are definitely some imperfections I ended up liking the colour.

I was looking for a dishware set for in-between. These will work great while we find a high quality more expensive set. They are great quality and low price.

The plates are not microwave safe, all of them are cracking when I use them in the microwave, 1min is enough to hear the crack... they were really expensive
