Looks so good, haven’t used it yet.

Looked like it has been used before . Scratches everywhere . I thought it will be made of metal but it came in plastic !!

I bought this kettle for aesthetic reasons and for this is doesn't disappoint. However, it is a bit slower to boil than my previous kettle and also the lid being under the handle is a small annoyance (you can fill it up through the spout though.

I bought this with the matching toaster for an upgrade of our kitchen so did not use it right away. Have been using it for about 5 months now and the automatic turn off when the water has boiled has ceased to work and the filter in the spout was jammed shut so when we pulled the 'pull here' to remove it for cleaning, the whole unit came out, with the rubbery glue, and is now scrap. The black does certainly water mark as well. Very unhappy at this price and I cannot return because our upgrade was delayed and I am now out of the one year guarantee.

Stunning piece of equipment. It's defiantly a talking point, I team edit with the toaster, and they look so expensive. Cheapest on Amazon I found them and I looked everywhere. They really are worth every penny. Easy to use and do what you need them to do.

There's no doubt about it, this kettle looks the business. But I returned my original purchase and got a replacement. The lid puller came off after only 6 weeks use. The lid puller should be the most robust component on the kettle. It's not. If this one comes off it's going back too. I had the same issue with Delonghi kettles, so it's not just Morphy Richards.

This kettle has a large base but is a joy to look at. Boils rapidly. I'm feeling the cost a bit but it's a pleasure to have the mundane a tad more artistically designed.
