Beware that the reviews might be artificially inflated if others have taken the seller up on their offer.***My daughter loved this backpack when we got it, but a little over a month later, the plastic piece holding the strap together that allows you to loosen or tighten the strap has broken. Also, the seams holding the straps at the top have ripped. Overall, it’s cheaply made and not appropriate for daily use. Maybe for the occasional sleepover or for storage, but not for school or where you’ll need to carry anything heavier than clothes.

After five days of use, the seams began ripping on the shoulder straps. My daughter and I were really disappointed since she loved the backpack and I loved the fact that it was large, had lots of pockets and had nice big side pockets that easily held her large water bottle. My daughter does carry lots in her backpack, but it was mostly essentials like laptop, tablet, notebooks, folders and school supplies. She doesn't even carry her lunch in that bag.The seller was quick to respond, but only offered two options - a 50% refund or a new backpack. I am now out $15 and will need to buy another backpack. If your child carries a lot in their backpack, I would suggest buying something with a guarantee or warranty.

The media could not be loaded.  We got this for my 13yo step daughter who’s obsessed with danganronpa. It’s the perfect size school bag, good compartments, durable, holds heavy books, and is super cute!

My 11yr old daughter loves this backpack. It is large capacity and seemed nicely made, but one of the arm straps ripped off today. She hasn’t even been using it for a month. Really disappointed.
