Well first of all the product it to big for any persons face. Secondly if it has filters in the product it should be from end to end not just the center, as when you breathe air it comes from all place in the nasal product so the filters should be complete. Lastly the packaging is so bad that it has dust and dirt on the product itself when it arrives. How do you expect for me to put it in my nostrils! and inhale all the dirt and dust on it. Waste of money.

Seems to be working fine
I have been using it for the past 3 days and my wife told me that I am not snoring now during the sleep. Still I am giving 3 star only because - 1) I don't see any improvement in my sleep quality, 2) i have been waking up 2-3 times during the sleep after i started using it, 3) there is no details regarding how to clean it up regularly

Dirty product
Could not even try it, because it was very dirty in the first place. The insides contained dirt.
