I've used other products by evl and they are all very good quality!! I really appreciate the quality of the bcaa!! Today I woke up very early in the morning which would normally kill my workout!! I just did such a big chest workout using this, even doing cardio right now!! Normally I probably wouldn't do as much. I did four extra big exercises that I normally don't get too so this greatly helped. I normally use the xtend brand but I had a much better workout using this!! I also felt the xtend one ended up making me go to the bathroom a lot. The products they make are really good quality and I really recommend them. I've used a lot of different supplement and this has to be one of the best!! I'll keep buying it just because of how much my workout improved today on the first use!!

It gets you UP without the crash

This pre or post workout is great, I have recently started working out and is helping me with pain relief after a workout, dissolves very fast and my energy level is great without the jitters of a energy drink. It smells and tastes great and the effectiveness is very noticeable and helps with hydration as well.

I love this flavor, but when I got it I didn't see online that it has 110 mg. caffiene . It's listed in small print under the nutrition chart. Neither my husband or I can have caffiene. The product disolves easily and there is no stomach upset.

This is the first time I've tried EVL BCAA Energy, and I have been taking the Blue Raz flavor for roughly a week. It has a great flavor (will be trying additional flavors in the near future). It mixes super fast in a blender bottle, with no chalky residue or any of that junk. It provides an almost instant jolt of energy without any jitters or other noticeable side effects. In fact, I took it this morning after only a few hours of crappy sleep, and I feel great several hours later. I take it on an empty stomach and have no issues at all. I'm currently doing mostly cardio, so can't speak to recovery from heavy resistance training, but I definitely notice more zing in my routine, and perhaps more focus. I literally look forward to taking this at least once a day, and have taken two doses a couple times. You could easily include additional micronized supps in this too. I've added creatine, and will also be adding citrulline when I get back to weights next week. I may even drink this post with some glutamine as well. All that said, I've read good reviews all over, and I concur. Using primarily as a pre-cardio, but will at least add as an intra-workout with other additions too. By the way, I mix with 8 oz water, and the flavor is fine for me, but you can easily adjust more or less to suit your taste. I can't imagine less than 8 oz though, because it does have a bite to it. Not bitter or bad, but just an enjoyable tartness. Overall good product so far.
