Screen not working!!!
Received the laptop fast, unfortunately the screen is not working.Returning and getting a refund.The sad thing is I was most excited about the screen :(

The laptop arrived damaged so of course im disappointed but the matter was dealt with quickly and professionally.

SCAMMERS, Defective products, No refund
I got a dead screen and I can only hear Cortana talking when I booted it up, I wanted a replacement but there's only one choice to return the product and get a refund, so I did, and I've been waiting for more than a month now, and the refund status say "not received" even though the courier tracking say it's been delivered to them 3 weeks ago, and Amazon.sa customer service are telling me "wait 24- 48 hours" for a whole month.** UPDATE **After complaining to the Ministry of Commerce, I finally got my money back after 7 whole weeks....
