Granddaughter gift
The customized portion was not done at all. My granddaughter name wasn't written on the bear nor her was her BD. The customized part is why I pick the bear for her 9 th birthday gift. The gift was sent directly to Texas from Amazon, I live in Miami therefore my son saw the gift. I'm so unhappy about it.Question what happen to the customized of my gift?
