All good but battery could be better
Love Fitbit mostly sleep tracking as I have problems with it. It's really accurate, I run and cycle to work too. The battery lasts about 3days which is not too bad but could be better (with about 30-60mins of GPS daily). Without GPS workouts will will be a bit better. Good buy

Stylish fitness tracker
Bought this as a replacement for the fitbit my wife lost while on holiday. Nice stylish design, good charging station compared to her old one. Full of useful fitness tracking apps. My wife hasn't used half the features it's capable of, but she's very happy with it. Decent battery life is a bonus.

Big thanks to the Amazon customer service
I love the sense, but mine broke after 6 months.Fitbit did not wanted to supply a replacement within 10 to 12 days after receiving the old unit, despite identifying the fault as warranty case.Amazon called me back in the late afternoon and solved the matter within 5 minutes.Taking the ownership, I received the replacement on the next day and of course returned the old one now.The customer service from Amazon was outstanding and I can only express my gratitude for their help.Thank you Amazon team, you are amazing.

Great watch even for small wrists
I was cautious after reading reviews that the Fitbit sense may be too large for my wrist as I have very small wrists under 5.5 inches (the minimum size listed for the small wrist band) I was pleasantly surprised the small band fitted well on the third notch from tightest so plenty of room to make it even tighter. The actual watch face looks fine on a small wrist and not too bulky. The watch is super comfortable to wear and sits snug against the skin it doesn’t protrude out or feel bulky at all. The watch itself is very responsive with a clear screen and vivid colour. The haptic button at the side works reliably and has customisable options for a press, double press or long press. Initial set up was quick and easy with a lot of options to customise preferences on the watch itself or via the app. There are some useful apps to download and a wide choice of clock faces but not all are free. The magnetic charging is quick and easy. The answering and receiving of calls works well if in range of your phone. I can leave my phone upstairs and answer calls on the watch downstairs, the speaker is clear and microphone works well. There are options to set the watch to sleep mode or do not disturb. You can do a guided breathing session with visuals to follow on the watch. You can also do a EDA stress reading from the watch. This teamed with overnight readings of heart rate and activity levels etc. builds data towards a stress management score and sleep score. There are options within the mindfulness section of the app and on the watch to record how stressed you feel at a given time. There are some cons which are mostly to do with it being unclear which features are part of the premium service which I don’t use. The ECG function is only part of premium as are most of the mindfulness sessions except for a short guided breathing session. Also note the oxygen monitor only works overnight and can’t be used on demand.Overall I’m very happy with the watch having upgraded from a basic Fitbit Alta HR tracker with a lot less features. Please note I don’t use the payment system, premium service or music options so cannot comment on those.I hope this is helpful to anyone considering buying. I think it was worth the price at £200 but I wouldn’t have paid more.

Won't sync until the strap is replaced and a week later won't sync at all
I set the watch up yesterday and this morning wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to get it to sync with no success. If I haven't managed to get it to sync in 24 hours it will go back tomorrow.Edited to add: Once I replaced the strap with a bigger one it was able to sync. It seems fine. It's nice to have a bigger screen than the charge 5 but I am still getting used to having such a large watch on my wrist. I've not seen any more functionality yet that I want, ignoring the features that I don't like the phone thing. So I'm back to add that it won't sync at all now. I've restarted it several times, switched bluetooth off and on on my phone. Nothing works. What a piece of crap.I have come to the conclusion that the watch is faulty as I removed it from my account and it is not possible to reconnect it. I can restart the watch and that icon that means it can't sync immediatedly comes up. My phone can find the sense - but cannot connect to it as the watch is faulty so it will have to go back.

Brilliant
I have just updated mine, I particularly like the models that have built-in. GPS, as I do not always want to take my phone when I’m running, kayaking, or doing exercise, which you have to do with other watches. I think the only thing I dislike about the new watch is you have to make a lot more purchases for different apps, that you didn’t have to do with the older version. But you do get a lot of information so it is worth subscribing to them.
