Finally! Paint pens that won’t bleed! I love these and the colors! Realistic and earthy! Simply fab!

I love the opacity and smooth flow of these markers! I’ve used so many over my time and nothing comes close to the colors they have. I love them! If you paint canvas or slaps or anything else for that matter buy them, you won’t be dissatisfied.

I have received several different sets of pens by Pintar and have had a good experience with all of them. These all worked well with plenty of ink when I swatched them. They do not have color names or numbers on the pens themselves, but they do have indicated names on the box in color. I checked my fine tip earth tone marker names against these and some other colors seem to be included instead of what came in the fine tip box. I still got a good supply of earth colors in this set.I have not had any rocks to color, nor have I been interested in doing it until my granddaughter found a rock by a creek that she gave to me as a heart-shaped rock for grandma. Cue tears! How precious! I am not sure I can bring myself to color it though. I will probably leave it how it is, and stash it in my treasure box.I appreciate receiving these pens. Thank you.

These are great paint markers. Nice medium broad tip. However, the nib is NOT reversible, though, and is made of the hard yellow fiber that does fray easily, so ... not the best nib, but the paint is creamy and free flowing so it comes out and lays down on your substrate without too much wear on the nib. Nicely opaque, especially on other acrylic paints. The colors are beautiful.I hope Pintar comes out with a set of Earth Tones in a 10mm and 15mm size, as well. That would be perfect!

I got this set of paint pens for working on my model railroad, mostly to touch up scenic details that I'd missed with my airbrush. However the "earth tones" also include a number of blues and greys, and I found these exactly right for detailing plastic models, including warships. (There are several browns which can be used to depict rust stains, for example.)Obviously this kind of paint pen is impractical and uneconomic for working on large areas; brush or airbrush will always be better. But there will always be the need for touching up and filling in, and these are well suited to that.

I'm taking several arts & crafts classes. The instructor let me borrow a few of her Pintar Earth Tones Paint Pens since I only had primary colors and we were working on a landscape scene. After using hers, I HAD to order my own! Even the kids are using them. The pigments are amazing, they're easy to use without bleeding and my work's more realistic. I'm gonna use these markers on upcoming glass and stone projects.

Writes well on almost all surfaces. Love ‘em.

Be careful about buying your first paint markers. You will want them all. Great product. Great company. Lots to choose from.
