NOT for your flashlight
This is similar in appearance to the seal for your Mag-Lite switch, and the same diameter. However, it will not work on the flashlight, because it is a different seal, for a switch on a charging device. This seal,108-000-643, has a boss on the underside that will cause the flashlight to stay on, and not turn off.I'm not returning it. I was able to trim the extra material off for normal operation. For the correct seal, search the part number 108-000-034.

Did the job
:c[ Didn't fit well at all for my 20 year old 4 D cell Maglite. Obviously they are trying to make a one size fits all button for switches that are different. Anyway I suppose I will try cutting it like the other reviewer did. If I can't get that to work I will lower my rating to one star.UPDATE: cut the inside nipple off and that did the trick. They should instruct people that they may need to cut this off depending on the maglite they have.

Will not stay in place
I wasn’t able to get this to stay in place. It kept falling out. I mean I tried everything I could think of to get it to stay in place. I have a two cell “D” maglite, maybe this one isn’t the correct size.

Works for a magcharger with a modification
Bought this for an old Magcharger incandescent. Had to trim the plastic knob on the bottom, but works perfectly.

Needs Modification To Fit, BUT
This doesn't fit as well as the original in a 3-D cell Maglite - there is a 'nub' underneath which interfere's with installation - with a little effort, the 'nub' can be minimized - even after that adjustment, it doesn't stay in position an better than the original -My solution was to wrap the flashlight with a piece of 'gorilla tape' covering the switch (with the seal in place) - the seal can't fall out, although it can be tricky locating the switch and the button is a tiny bit harder to push - I left an intentional gap in the gorilla tape opposite the switch - when I pick up the flashlight I feel the gap with my fingers and that positions my thumb almost directly over the switch -

Just pinch it and shove it into the button housing and it works fine. Just seems a bit steep of a price ...
I have old Mag Lites. These buttons are the correct size but the underside has a rubber "nub" that I had to chew off little by little with a pair of nail clippers. It wouldn't fit otherwise and would pop off.Yeah, you only get one per order. It's all I needed. Just pinch it and shove it into the button housing and it works fine. Just seems a bit steep of a price for a little chunk of rubber, though.
