Works fine, I like how guard comes off. I paid $8.50 a deal now they're more. Nice item, cuts fine, I can't only imagine how I change blade later? Maybe just buy another?!?

I’ve used many nail grinders through the years, and this is the first one at this price that works as well as it does. It charges fast, holds a good charge, and works very well :) highly comparable to a dremel

Grinder works well. Use its own charging cord, or ensure the red light blinks while charging (I have other cords that are /arent compatible). Green light is good.It has 2 speeds, not sure who would use the slow speed. I do clip before grinding so as not to wear out the grinding bit. It is safe to touch with your finger, but dont let my dogs lick / sniff it while its on. After removing the green round cap, I also removed the dark blue cylinder shaped guard, too finiky to get my dogs nail in it, and not agile enough for all the angles I want to use it... the guard has about a 1/8th turn to twist it off.2x Boston terriers (2.5yrs, and 9mo). Both are fine eith ir, though the older one jumps a little depending on if they are ground dead-on, or a little from below - she prefers a little from below.Handy for reducing sharp edges after nail cutting. It would prob take a while to grind nails with a long growth before reaching the quick.I like it.

It seems really nice and it is pretty quiet but it does not file down the nail. My cat does not sit still long enough for this to work 😕

My dog has severe noise issues that freak her out. I ran this next to her off and on 30 seconds up to making it to two minutes. Now I can do all her nails in one setting and she has no fear of it. Holds a charge, I can do the nails of all four dogs and 3 birds and the charge is still there. Thank you for an amazing product, you can be proud of! From my animal babies and I thank you!

I was so excited to try these. Since my dog was recently groomed, I waited until his nails needed trimming. Although a small dog, his nails can rip my old skin so I was very excited to remedy this situation.I charged it over night, sat down with my dog and NOTHING. It didn’t charge. So I couldn’t use it. And I couldn’t return it. I’m sad.

I have a Pomeranian. He is nervous all the time when I try to cut his nails. And he is very anxious about the thing makes noise. However I tried this one on him, and he was ok with it, but only can cut one-two nails per time which is normal. I recommend to use the large side of the grinder. It's easier, and you don't have to worry you didn't hold the nail in the right place.

My pup has had high anxiety levels while grooming since I cut too far 1 time. His black nails make it difficult for me to know how short I can safely go. This makes the whole process better in multiple way. His nails are smooth after trimming, we can easily do 1 paw at a time without him hiding in between and I can easily see and feel where his nails can be filed down.I recommend these for people with nervous small breeds. Grooming is good again.
