After a very long search, I finally ordered this set and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Here’s what I love:- Cushions are thick and comfortable (at least 4 inches thick)- Fabric is bright and beautiful- and seems to be water resistant. I do keep a tarp over it as we get a lot of rain, but for small spills or a sudden sprinkle the fabric should hold up well- The set can be locked into position, which helps tremendously with the shifting of the chairs- The size is great! It is large, and you can fit many people comfortably. And it easily moves around, so you can turn it into couches or a large lounge area - it’s great for entertaining.The only downside so far is that I have not figured out a way to keep the cushions from shifting. The cushions are reversible so I don’t want to use Velcro. But it’s a minor annoyance.Overall it arrived quickly and was easy to assemble (my husband did it by himself in about 2 hours). It seems very sturdy and I hope it lasts us several years. Either way this set was still a steal compared to the prices I saw at other retail stores. If you’re looking for a large outdoor sectional - this one is great!

I love this patio furniture! It is well made and very sharp looking! It is made to repel water. It has a cover to put over the whole set when you put them close together for extended rain showers. It came in five boxes. It doesn’t necessarily all come at the same time if coming from different warehouses but it will get there. They keep track where each box is. It takes some time to put together because of its design but it is well worth it! I can easily remove bird droppings with a damp cloth. It is very comfortable to sit on. I love that I can change how I set it up. I highly recommend this product!!

Honest review from everyday guy. Its nice to look at looks like one of those wicker 5k dollar sets but its def not. If your on a budget and want something that looks very nice but will blow off your deck in 15 mph winds this set is well worth it for the money. Good side is its light and easy to move and carry. The only issue is its plastic rubbery looking wicker wrapped around metal frames and keeps blowing off my deck. I just wouldn't leave it year round outside or prob won't last. Otherwise I get compliments and everyone assumes I paid more.

I cannot say enough good things about this patio set. The cushions and cushion covers are of high quality and feel very comfortable. The pillows are also very nice. I feel like I'm relaxing at a resort on vacation while I'm sitting on the patio set. I was so impressed with the cushions that I reached out to the company to see if they could send me six cushions and cushion covers to replace the cushions I had from another patio set I bought several years ago. Not only did their customer service team respond to me the same day, but they were able to accommodate my wishes. I had six cushions and cushions covers sent to my home within a few days, as well as two spare cushion covers. I'm very impressed with not only the products but also highly impressed with the incredible customer service I received. I'm very happy with my purchases!

I recently purchased an affordable, comfortable, and stunning patio sectional set, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. After doing extensive research, I found that this set offered the best value per piece. The quality and comfort are outstanding, making my outdoor space perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great deal on a beautiful patio set!

Very confortable and long lasting

Buyer beware!We ordered this (10) piece sectional on March 25, 2023, and received it on April 5th We assembled one section and were surprised at how small it appeared and how uncomfortable it was. The quality is not very good, the back of the sectional is very low, the cushions are sub-par quality, and the material looks like plastic.We decided we wanted to return the sectional and initiated the return process on April 7, after all, Amazon has a 30-day return policy, right? Without getting into all the detail, the return process was very frustrating, and we were shocked to find out the seller requires a 20% restock fee and we must pay for the return shipping. With the 20% restock fee $153.80 and the FedEx shipping cost of approximately $847.00 we would be at $1000.80 to return the sectional. Therefore, we would endo up LOSING $231.80. Now we are stuck with it, we would not even keep it if it was given to us for free, we have since purchased a real sectional.Ultimately Amazon did not support our dissatisfaction and even cut us off from communicating with Rattan artisan (Seller) and closed our return complaint without our agreement while trying to negotiate some kind of refund for our displeasure (seller offered us a small refund).Not only would I never recommend this sectional, but I will also never buy large or heavy products from Amazon again as their 30-Day Return Policy dopes not support these types of products.See the attached photo's comparing the sectional be bought from Amazon, vs. a real sectional we ended up buying from a real furniture store.Amazon has disappointed us for sure.
