This packing tape works well and meets our needs.

The first roll I used worked pretty well, but every single one I used after would fall apart making it impossible to lift the tape from the roll without tearing into little bits. Sustainability is nice but the product needs to function properly and this one doesnt always.

Love that this is compostable, and when things are taped, they hold well. It cuts cleanly, but it sometimes tears funky and you end up going around the roll and trying to get the edge even again. I find I waste some tape each time I ship something. It's also super loud, so if you're packaging at the post office, you may get some head turns.Overall, it's a little steep for the lack of function, but I value the cellulose composition enough that I would repurchase.

This might be the worst tape I’ve ever dealt with and that’s Including whatever small tape they gave us for craft projects in grade school.I wanted to do better for the environment but this tape makes it impossible. It doesn’t stick and worse, you can’t peel it off without it splitting and having multiple running little strands so it’s essentially shredded. Definitely won’t buy again.

Update: the last couple of rolls were really awful, seemed like they were pre-cut or damaged during manufacturing. Every couple of inches it would fork out and tear no matter how slowly or gently I pulled. I ended throwing away so much tape. I still have two more rolls, but I can't recommend this product anymore and probably won't buy again.Original review: It does the job and the adhesive works fine. This tape probably won't work with a tape gun. I sell online as a hobby and this tape is perfect. Will be buying more.

It's Dainty tape. I have one roll I can't use at all because I just can't peel a good start on it. I'm willing to put up with it because I'm happy it saves the environment but my coworkers have asked I don't buy it again because it takes too much time. They won't even use it and bought their own tape :(

the tape doesnt stay together at all it rips and splits and tears

This tape is definitely thinner than a plastic one. However, I guess that's due to its biodegradable nature, not to its quality. Anyway, so far I am happy with my purchase!!!!
