Way better than Panasonic! This is the water flosser you're looking for!
I never write Amazon reviews but I felt compelled to let everyone know how great this product is! I've had this for 3 weeks now and it's still running strong on a single charge, which didn't even need the recommended full 8 hour first charge. Previously, I had the portable Panasonic water flosser (blue, EW-DJ10-A) which needed frequent AA battery changes and it hurt my fingers to access the battery compartment. The Mocel has a cable that charges the unit's internal battery which is super easy to plug in. The Panasonic one was also difficult to clean and I had algae grow multiple times in the water reservoir. Algae will definitely not be a problem for the Mocel because the reservoir detaches and the water can evaporate. It's also easy to clean with a small bottle cleaner brush. There are multiple patterns of water dispensing for the Mocel and each pattern has it's own stength level. I currently use the normal pattern at a strength of 6 out of 8, which feels exactly like the Panasonic one when it was working great. The reservoir is large enough for me and I can clean my teeth in a single fill. The Mocel also came with multiple attachment heads. The clear ones appear to be the same except one has a black band (maybe to distinguish between 2 different users?). The two white attachment heads have a soft end which I guess you could brush your teeth as you spray water? A drawstring black carrying bag was also included which you could use to store your extra components. I currently hang the water flosser over the sink so the remaining water can drip, but if you're worried about it falling into the sink, you can lay the whole thing on a small towel on the counter. The instruction manual has a ton of typos but it's easy to understand what they're trying to say. Overall, an excellent purchase!

Nozzles break easily
I have broken the nozzles of two of these. The manufacture was kind and replaced the first one. Apparently I wasn't applying it correctly. Yesterday the 2nd one tipped over on the bathroom counter without much force at all and broke another one. It is a great product if it doesn't break.

works well, but does not hold much water
My wife uses this. She said it works great, but she wishes it had a larger reservoir. When it dies, I will buy her one of the waterpics that have a large tank and a long hose, instead of the handheld unit. Nothing wrong with this as long as you know you may have to refill before you finish.

So far so good!
Very happy with this unit. Since I travel a lot, I like the size and the way it's put together. #1 thing about this is the ability to control the water pressure. Most models I've had before have had some way to control the pulse pattern, and some have had a hi/low approach to limiting the pressure. This one has eight pressure settings, allowing you to adjust from very gentle to high intensity. And it retains whatever setting you last use.Why not 5 stars? Like so many of these competitors to the big name brands, you get a package with a couple of tips, and then you're on your own. MOCEL states that they anticipate offering replacement tips, and if they do that I'll upgrade this to 5 stars/

Effective
The power of the water spray may be too intense and sting on the gums, but if you position the plastic head toward your cheek before turning it on and then lower the pressure, then you should be able to find an adequate pressure.

very simple and very compatible
This portable oral rinse also known as a water flosser is really nice! I wanted something that I could easily use multiple times a day, it's very compatible with my bathroom and doesn't take up any space.very easy to use with six working modes, it's up to you to choose the mode that works best for you. I personally use the Normal and Brace modes more often, Normal mode it can effectively remove food from my teeth, Brace mode helps me clean the craces very easily. I super like it! Pulse mode is also very interesting, you can try it. Just a reminder, after selecting the mode , jet tip into the mouth and then press ON, it will not be sprayed into the bathroom.water pressuure can also be adjusted. Noise personally feel quieter than waterpik.I highly recommend it.

Works Great with Braces!
I got this water flosser for my husband who just put on his braces. He was having trouble with flossing and getting all his food out. This works like a charm, it doesn't hurt his mouth or braces, and really gets those corners where food gets stuck. We love that it is cordless. I use it as well, and makes my mouth feel pretty refreshed after. The water storage is just enough for one washing. Make sure to charge before hand. Overall, my husband and I both love it and continue to use it everyday.

Finally a water flosser that I can use
I like that you can adjust the pressure of the water. I bought an expensive water pik once and the pressure wasn't adjustable so it was full blast all the time and it actually made my mouth bleed! This one is compact, well made and has so many different levels of pressure and modes. It's a win IMO.
