I bought this as a trial in the department of assistive devices. I have never owned anything like it before. I wanted to spend less money to see if this type of gadget would be helpful.Perhaps there are better uses of folks' money.I have new health conditions that have brought me to need help of this sort, but it has been hard to convince myself to do so. So, my experience has been regretful to say the least. This product isn't designed very logically. The head is a very round rubber piece. Without being grossly descriptive, it doesn't fit where it needs to fit in order to do its job. If one manages to get it positioned right, any sort of maneuvering causes the toilet paper or wipe to come undone before you are done. If you manage to accomplish your task, the release spring doesn't work great and so you end up with having to argue with it until it finally releases.I've had more trouble from this product than the struggles I had before I bought it. I would consider this one to be a waste of money. I'm looking for a better design.

This product works just fine… until you are trying to get the dirty paper off.I bought this for after my spinal fusion surgery.It’s perfect for wiping pee.I didn’t try it for poop because my hand strength and the pushing button to release the paper weren’t working well. I would have to use both hands to push the button, turn the entire thing, and shake off the paper.Since I was trying to avoid bending and twisting, I just quit using it. Instead I had my husband help me.

Used this product for one day and is does not release the toilet paper and then the pusher broke to get it to release.

maybe the should be marketed for women only because for a man with weak wrists plus all of his junk hanging down in the way trying to wipe from between your legs with this little wond is pretty much impossible. I so badly wanted it to work but it was twice as difficult as just doing it with my hand from the side..

Got this after tummy tuck surgery and after the reviews thought it would really help me so I wouldn’t need assistance it was junk. It doesn’t hold the wipes/toilet paper well and then to release it doesn’t eject it so you end up having to dig it out of the crack to throw it away. Do not purchase this
