Have used these pads for many years. I have high arches and these relieve all my pain. They are inexpensive so I buy by the dozen so all my shoes have a pair. Only issue is the adhesive which could be better. Often as I withdraw my foot from the shoe the front of the pad catches on my sock or foot and at times pulls the pad off. I have used double sided stick foam tape strips to reapply and that works fine but a bit of a pain. Still highly recommend for there use value and dollar value.

Real value for money. Quality is almost similar to the ones I used to get from Formthotics. They don't flatten out. The adhesive isn't great but nothing a double sided sticky tape can't fix.

These do not stick in my shoes. The only thing you can do is stick it in your sock. or if your shoe pad comes out you can put it under it. If they actually stuck they would get 4 stars. And if they were alittle thicker they would get 5 stars.
