This pillow works like a charm and is surprisingly comfortable as well. It's definitely helped reduce the severity and frequency of my migraines too.

Having daily chronic migraines the discription leads you to believe its a win win and its a no no , so uncomfortable , doesnt work please dont waste your money or time trying it wont help .

The worst 'pillow' I've ever tried. I suffer with migraines so willing to try anything to get relief. This does the opposite. I gave it a good go, I didn't realise the stabby bits were solid plastic. I thought they would be flexible. It does not massage the head/neck at all, it just makes you even more uncomfortable. I ended up taking the cover off and using it as a memory foam neck pillow. A complete waste of money. Save your cash and buy a cheap foam neck cushion.
