Honestly, Mine Leaked All Over My Fridge, I Was Broken Hearted, There Went All The Thanksgiving Turkey Gravy, The Plunger In This Oil Separator, Works By Pulling Strait Up On Inside Of The Plastic The Container, When The Handle Is Depressed, Exposing The Hole At The Bottom Of The Container, Allowing The Juice To Come Out, As You Watch the Oil Level, But On Mine, The Cone On The Plunger Was To Long, So When I Put It Down, It Pushed It Up, Allowing The Juice And Oil To Run Out, Do I Think That There All Like This From This Company, I Really Don't Know, But It Is A Great Design, I Have Used Them Before From Other Brands, And That's Why I Got One, And They Work Really Really Well!!!! But I Had To Send Mine Back..... But Don't Give Up On This Type Of Separator, There Awesome.... And So Is This Seller!!!

Liked the fat skimmer. It was too big for my use.

Worked as well as expected and I have had no problems with it. The plug in the bottom holds very well and nothing leaks out.

I've been using a fat separator for years that was plastic and when pouring it poured from the bottom of the container. Sometimes fat would mix in. This fat separator drains directly from bottom and has a colander to keep out nothing but broth. I highly recommend using this product! I felt like a professional and it made making gravy easy.

This is so easy to use. I usually make gravy from 4 cups of liquid so this is a perfect size. I just poured the hot liquid in and a few minutes later it was perfectly separated. When I make gravy I add a little at a time and this made that process so easy. I was afraid it would crack with hot liquid but it held up perfectly.

Easy to use

My new favorite kitchen gadget! So much easier to use then the normal kind with a spout. Dont' hesitate to order this, you will like it. That little free gadget/peeler is pretty stupid. The cutting blades fall off and there are not illustrations or instructions to show how it is even supposed to work. So don't buy the separater for the the free gift benefit. It's pointless.

Used it for smoked pulled pork. Able to put the meat juices back into the pulled pork to keep it hydrated while not having any of the fat.
