Genuine seller. We purchased a ultrasonic cleaner, unfortunately there was a problem, they examined our claim, as they found the problem was genuine, they immediately agreed to replace it with a new Ultrasonic cleaner.

Baby sized M/C, works also like baby, worked for few minutes, then dead/ got replacement
I purchased this machine because of small size & easy to carry with, but after use it seems to be actually small in output too. Yes! It is good because of low noise, but viberations are not upto expectations. I may try once more for satisfaction. otherwise it will be only a thing to play with.
