I used because I previously had a urinated track infection which left my bladder feeling low. It has checked it . The plus is that my hair is growing

Shipping package needs attention.
Just received this product and made my first cup of tea, Must say I am surprised that there is no awful taste, and the flavor is not bad at all. the mesh ball was a bit smashed. but with a little work it shaped out ok. I would recommend the shippers place the mesh into some type of protective shipping package, but in all I'm some what satisfied.

Have plastic inside
I found plastic blue inside with the tea and don’t return the money or replace the product, be careful and choose other options.
