This product really surprised me by how good it is, slightly noiser than a regular fan but really didn't bother me, it cools the room very fast to your desired temperature, very easy to install, and very powerful at what it does, highly recommended, money well spent

A strong air conditioner with 3 mode ,2 fan level and fit on different size of windows . Easy to install. It was installed by my wife when I was off from work. Wonderful!

I have a Black and Decker portable ac that puts this to shame. This unit doesn't put out much air. It only has 2 fan speeds, and the highest is like low on my B and D. The exhaust hose is so flimsy, and I can feel the heat just pouring off it. This is supposed to cool up to 350 sq ft, not in this lifetime. What I would suggest for anyone who has a portable ac unit, invest in the exhaust hose insulation wrap, a must. Second, I would not waste my money on any unit that does not have a 3 speed fan, and invest the extra few bucks for a unit that is indeed 10,000 BTU's. I am 65 yrs old, very mechanically inclined, and like a fool, I believed what the manufacturer wrote about their unit. I am very disappointed in this unit. I just wasted over $300.00, all for nothing. I can blow air faster and better than this unit. I just returned this pile of crap, only used it for 7 days in August 2021. I tried to use it this year, July 2022, nothing, it's junk. Lousy Mfg customer service, the seller also has lousy customer service. No one would return my calls or emails. Amazon is supposedly giving me a partial refund as a "courtesy". The biggest courtesy would be to remove this item from Amazon, period. If I could give a ZERO rating, I would.

The ac is cool but there is basically no warranty. I emailed them many times and their website, and it looks like amateur made it. No responses for warranty even though seller says there is 1 year warranty. Never got confirmation that I got warranty. I spam messaged many times about questions about a mesh, no answer ever.No answers ever from seller about portable air conditioner. I left many messages. Seller says there is 1 year warranty there isn't. If you go on product website, you get extra months of warranty if you sign up using serial number and if you enter, it says confirmation email will be sent. Nothing. Website looks sketchy while listing his product for 1000 dollars when it's worth 100 on aliexpress.(EDIT 12/30/22)Seller finally messaged me and offered refund and would look into troubleshooting it. Anyone thinking of buying it, you will learn about mold. Mold actually eventually grows and you have to take it apart and wipe it down because if you put a flashlight inside the front fans, you'll see black spots. Seller has yet to message me about how to take apart.

I purchased this air conditioner because I have a west facing apartment that gets very hot when the sun beats on it, and my building only turns on the air conditioning from May to October. I needed something to cool the room only during the hot parts of the afternoon.First of all, it's quite heavy, which limits it's portability. The wheels should solve that, but one of them was already shattered in the box it arrived in. The instructions are bare, not even describing what each indicator on the top means. And while the window vent isn't too complicated, there is no instruction on how to actually assemble it. There's also an included tube: I learned from web searches it's for draining excess water, but the instruction booklet makes no mention that it even exists or how to use it.When I finally got it set up, I could power it on, but nothing happened. I think the temperature sensor may be faulty and it thought it was too cold in the room (it wasn't, I have a thermometer in the room) because I have to turn the temperature all the way down to 60 to even get the compressor to start. Then I turn it back up to 70, because 60 is way too cold. There is an included remote, but it doesn't work. I tried different batteries, and aiming from different angles, but nothing, and no indication if the problem is with the remote or the machine.The machine is also loud. Not ear splitting loud, but in a small room such as the bedroom, I definitely had to turn the television up past my normal volume to compensate. It's a white noise, so it's not terrible to hear and okay if you like that for sleeping. There is also apparently a "sleep function" on the machine, but since you can only activate it from the remote, I have no idea what it does.Once I got past all these problems, it does a good job cooling the small room. Hopefully it will get me through a summer or two, but I won't be buying from the manufacturer again.

I must say the delivery guy followed my delivery instructions.. my unit wheel came broken, because of the weight and the apartment building im on its going to be a challenge to get it down that's y I had them bring it up for me. I'm very disappointed!!!! It rocking from side to side bcuz there wheel came off completely!!!!

Bought three of these for the bedrooms this summer. After 2 weeks of using it, 2 no longer cool and only one works. So we spent all of that money only to sit and sweat. Have done all the troubleshooting and nothing works. Because I bought them early to beat the rush I cannot return them either.....what a waste.
