AlphaRex (LUXX-Series) 2006-2008 Dodge Ram Projector Headlights - Alpha-Black

These lights improved my night driving immensely! Illumination is really great! They are bright and the sequential turn signals are awesome! I chose not to go with the daytime running light option. Just didn’t want to go with it at this time. Adjusting the headlights are little more involved as the adjuster is only accessible with the lights not mounted as opposed to the OEM headlights. Once they are adjusted you don’t have to worry about them.

They are very cool and bright but sometimes wont go back to low beam when you shut the high beam off

Sorry for the crappy picture but these got to be some of the best headlights I have ever owned. Quality, easy to follow installation guide, the only thing; minor nitpick, but I wish it came with a fuse tap, because you will need it. Besides 11/10.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased these 10 months ago to replace the factory headlamps on my 07 ram. Installation and wiring is very simple. Once installed they look awesome and help give the truck a fresh, modern look. The DRL start up sequence is a neat feature. The light output and cut-off line on these is very good which makes driving the truck at night a pleasurable experience.The bad:Just as someone else in the reviews column had mentioned, they sometimes have a problem with switching from high beam back to low beam usually requiring me to cycle the headlight switch off then back on to get it to reset and allow the low beams to come back on. Not a huge issue but also not fun while driving down dark roads. Another thing worth mentioning is that I’ve only had these for 10 months now and I’ve just lost the low beam function on one of my headlights. These do come with a 2 year warranty and the tech support with the company has been good so far. Alpharex is currently working with me on sending a replacement headlamp. Where I’m disappointed is that I would expect a set of $800 headlights to offer years of trouble free functionality considering their high price tag. Having these issues only 10 months into ownership has me concerned that despite being one of the best looking and performing headlights available for these trucks, the build quality may be severely lacking.

The media could not be loaded.  These head light look amazing. It makes the truck look like a new truck. Everything works good. I was already running LED bulbs in my stock head lights so I decided to leave the resistors in place which worked out good. 2008 Dodge Ram 3500.
